Creating an Ad

To create a new advertisement:
  1. Click New Ad
  2. In the popup window, enter:
    • Title: The name of the advertisement.
    • Message Content: The message that will be posted.
    • Category: The category assigned to the advertisement.
  3. Click Save
Once saved, the advertisement becomes active and can be used by automation features.
If you are posting in Discord forum channels, the bot will use the ad title as the forum post title.

Message Limits

  • Advertisement messages can be up to 1,950 characters long.
  • Titles and categories can be edited at any time.

Editing an Ad

To edit an advertisement:
  1. Locate the advertisement in the Ads list.
  2. Click the Pencil button.
  3. Modify any of the following:
    • Title
    • Message Content
    • Category
  4. Save your changes.
Changes take effect immediately and will be used for future ad deliveries.

Enabling or Disabling an Ad

Advertisements can be enabled or disabled at any time.
  • Enabled Ads: can be selected and sent by automation.
  • Disabled Ads: will not be sent until re-enabled.
Use the enable/disable toggle on the advertisement card to change its status. Each advertisement displays the number of times it has been sent. This counter helps you track advertisement usage and monitor performance across your network.

Deleting an Ad

To permanently delete an advertisement:
  1. Locate the advertisement in the Ads list.
  2. Click the Red Trash button.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
Deleted advertisements are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
