Creating a Team

  1. Click “New Team”.
  2. Enter a Team Name.
  3. Add members using their Discord User ID.
  4. Click Create Team.
Once the team is created, it will appear on your Teams page. You will automatically be the Team Owner, giving you full control over membership and permissions. Each team can have a maximum of 10 members, so choose carefully who you invite.
You can only create one team per account.

Inviting Members

  1. Open your team.
  2. Click Add Member and enter the member’s Discord User ID.
  3. Click Invite.
Members can join unlimited teams. They can switch to any team or leave a team at any time by clicking Switch or Exit on the Teams page.

Team Permissions

Team permissions control what each member can do on your dashboard. Click the shield icon next to a member to assign or edit permissions. Members can be removed using the red remove button next to the shield. Permissions include:
  • View Analytics: Access dashboard analytics.
  • View Channels: See existing channels.
  • Add Channel: Create new channels.
  • Remove Channels: Delete channels.
  • View Tokens: See tokens.
  • Add Tokens: Add new tokens.
  • Remove Tokens: Delete tokens.
  • View Ads: View advertisements.
  • Add Ads: Add new ads.
  • Remove Ads: Delete ads.
  • Manage Bot: Control the Discord bot, including editing its profile and starting/stopping it.
  • Send Ads: Manually trigger the bot to send ads.
Members can switch to a team to use their permissions and manage your dashboard according to what you allow.
Permissions can be updated at any time by the team owner or admins.

Audit Logs

Audit logs record all actions taken in the team. Every member can view them. This includes changes to channels, tokens, ads, bot management, and permission updates. Audit logs provide transparency and help track all team activity for accountability.

Switch or Leave Teams

  • To switch teams, click Switch next to the team you want to activate.
  • To leave a team, click Exit next to that team.
Members can be part of unlimited teams and freely switch between them as needed.

Delete a Team

  1. Go to Teams → [Your Team].
  2. Click the red trash bin button.
  3. Confirm deletion.
Only the team owner can delete the team. Deleting a team removes all members, permissions, and audit logs permanently.
